Concrete removal and replacement
Tear out the cracked, heaved or spalled slab, fix the reason it failed, and pour it back right.
Fix the cause, not just the surface
Overlays and patches over a failing subgrade buy you a couple of years at best. When we tear out a slab we look at why it moved - water, poor compaction, tree roots, missing joints - and correct that before the new pour goes in.
Demo is clean and contained: we protect landscaping and adjacent surfaces, break out in sections, and haul everything off the same day where we can.

Concrete Removal & Replacement - common questions
Can you pour over my existing cracked concrete?
Only if the existing slab is in good shape with no major cracks or heaving. Otherwise the new layer will telegraph the old damage. We assess this on the site visit and tell you straight - usually a tear-out is the right call.
How long does concrete removal take?
Most residential demo is a one-day job. We break out the slab in sections, protect landscaping and adjacent surfaces, and haul everything off the same day where we can.
