Design the space first, then pour it

Most patios get built too small. Before we form anything we talk through what goes on it - table and chairs, grill, fire pit, walking lanes - and lay out a footprint that actually fits.

We can tie into an existing slab with a clean transition joint, wrap a border in a stamped or colored band, or keep it a simple broom finish that matches the rest of the house. Drainage away from the foundation is non-negotiable.

  • Clean tie-in to existing patio or slab

Patios - common questions

How much does a concrete patio cost in NWA?

Pricing runs roughly $8–$18 per square foot depending on finish. A plain broom-finished slab is at the low end; stamped and colored concrete is at the high end. We give you a fixed quote after the on-site visit.

How long does a patio pour take?

Most residential patios take one to two days on-site: day one for excavation, base, and forming; day two for the pour and finish. Full cure for heavy furniture is about 28 days, but you can walk on it in 24–48 hours.

Can you extend my existing patio?

Yes. We tie into the existing slab with a clean transition joint and match the finish so the addition doesn't look bolted on. Where the builder grade holds water, we regrade it while we are there.
